For me, the single greatest benefit provided by jaw expansion has been the ability to exercise regularly, which has had a positive, upward spiral effect on every aspect of my health and aesthetics.
Leanmaxxing
Leanmaxxing is an important component of looksmaxxing. It refers to the loss of excess body fat in order to “bring out” the facial bones.
It also refers to the achievement of an ideal body fat percentage from the neck down, as looks are not restricted to the face.
Looking good means having a nice body, and there is no shortcut we can take to get there. We must exercise.
True, body composition is determined ~80% by diet. But that last ~20% which is determined by exercise is what can make a physique truly special.
If you want six pack abs, pelvic v-lines, and veiny forearms, you can’t just lose weight. You must add muscle.
Thus, in order to looksmaxx to the fullest, we must train regularly. And in this chapter I will argue that large jaws enable regular training.
