I often speak with people, both men and women, who have no perceived health troubles and seek treatment purely for aesthetic purposes. To them, expansion is cosmetic enhancement and nothing else.
In this chapter, I will share my thoughts on such cases.
No Alternative
There is no other way to correct facial aesthetics other than with appliance or surgical intervention.
A person wanting liposuction may have other less invasive options—they can diet and exercise. Someone wanting improved jaws does not.
